The TFC Racing Clutch Bell is an aftermarket performance clutch bell designed for scooters equipped with GY6 125cc to 150cc engines, such as the Honda Ruckus GY6, Kymco, SYM, PGO, and other CVT-based models using the GY6 engine.
In a CVT transmission, the clutch bell is the external contact surface against which the centrifugal weights (or discs) push under centrifugal force as engine speed increases. This friction force transmits engine torque to the CVT belt, which in turn drives the rear wheel.
The TFC Racing version features:
precision machining of the internal surface,
optimized geometry for more uniform contact with the weights/discs,
a reinforced design to limit thermal and mechanical deformation,
an interface adapted to stock or slightly modified engine configurations.
The standard diameter of 125 mm ensures compatibility with the majority of performance clutch kits for GY6 engines.
