The Polini Maxi-Speed 3G 125 mm clutch is an aftermarket performance clutch kit developed by Polini for scooters equipped with GY6 engines from 125cc to 150cc, including Honda Ruckus GY6, Kymco, SYM, PGO, and other CVT-equipped models.
This is an evolution of the classic Maxi-Speed model—the 3G (third generation) offers improvements in:
friction materials,
engagement progression,
thermal and vibration management,
while maintaining a robust construction for urban, dynamic, or modified use.
The kit is calibrated around a 125 mm friction diameter, which is the standard for performance clutches on GY6 platforms. It integrates into the rear clutch bell and ensures the transmission of engine torque to the CVT belt via controlled centrifugal action.
