Cylinder Kit LC Malossi MHR Testa Rossa Flanged Mount 100cc

The most powerful thermal unit ever produced by Malossi: over 32 hp at 14,000 rpm. With its large displacement and flange design, this kit is exclusively designed for liquid-cooled scooters.

The volumes and flow rates have been revolutionized, to unleash all the power this cylinder has to offer. No compromise: a carburetor between 30 and 34 mm is required. To ensure perfect synergy and maximize performance on the road, the 100cc kit must be combined with our crankshaft, which has been renewed with a 100 mm connecting rod.

In addition, to ensure an efficient connection to the exhaust, we have developed an ingenious flange connection system, which is fixed to the cylinder using three cylinder-head screws and an O-ring at the exhaust duct. This simple but very effective solution prevents any possible leakage from the thermal unit.

To install this thermal group, modifications to the RC-ONE engine casing are necessary:

• In the bore area, to accommodate a crankshaft with an increased stroke and a longer connecting rod (specifically, a 47 mm stroke and a 100 mm connecting rod);
• transfer ports need to be more adapted.
