Complete Malossi RC-ONE Engine Case (Minarelli Mount)

Complete Malossi 94cc RC-ONE engine case. The case does not come assembled; you will need to do this part of the work. 

This Piaggio-type scooter case with Minarelli mounts differs from standard models in several ways. The intake has been redesigned to allow the installation of larger-diameter reed valve boxes, such as the VL18. The cylinder mounting system has been relocated to make it easier for Malossi to work on the internal architecture (exhaust, transfer ports). 
The studs are therefore located outside the power unit.
The inside of the case is machined to simplify the installation of long-stroke crankshafts (44mm at Malossi). On the outside, you will notice the presence of mounts for a brake caliper. However, the technical specifications of the Big Bore kit have not been released. Apart from its superb red anodized CNC aluminum cylinder head, it does not offer us much else to sink our teeth into.
