This kit contains the following spare parts: -70cc aluminum cylinder, for 85mm connecting rod, with 6 transfers and a two-part “bar” exhaust port, -Single-ring piston, -One-piece high compression cylinder head, -Kit of seals necessary for assembly and adjustment of the “squish”, -Special stud set, - Needle cage diam.13mm (13x17x17.7mm).
The major innovations offered on this engine are numerous: -The shape of its external mold is borrowed from the "94cc" and therefore offers a unique look. The exhaust flange is delivered with a triangular plate fixed with 3 screws (the flange of your exhaust will therefore have to be adapted to this "ball joint plate")
-Its beautiful HC cylinder head is cast in a single part and then machined with precision (with internal water passage and centering by pins).
The quality of the materials and machining is really very "high end" on this kit.
