Cylinder Kit LC Polini Big Evolution 70cc 12mm Piaggio

Here is the “70cc Hyper Racing” model from the latest “Big Evo” series from Polini, the Polini 70cc Big Evolution Piaggio NRG / Runner cylinder head kit!

This kit contains the following spare parts:

-70cc aluminum cylinder, for 85mm connecting rod, with 6 transfers and a two-part “bar” exhaust port,
-Single-ring piston,
-One-piece high compression cylinder head,
-Kit of seals necessary for assembly and adjustment of the “squish”,
-Special stud set,
- Needle cage diam.13mm (13x17x17.7mm).  

The major innovations offered on this engine are numerous:

-The shape of its external mold is borrowed from the "94cc" and therefore offers a unique look. The exhaust flange is delivered with a triangular plate fixed with 3 screws (the flange of your exhaust will therefore have to be adapted to this "ball joint plate")

-Its beautiful HC cylinder head is cast in a single part and then machined with precision (with internal water passage and centering by pins).  

The quality of the materials and machining is really very "high end" on this kit.
