107mm Racing Clutch Springs
We offer 3 sets of 3 Racing clutch springs for stock 107mm diameter clutches (3-shoe clutch). Suitable for scooters with Minarelli engines (Yamaha Aerox, MBK Booster and many others). The springs can also be used on Piaggio, Peugeot, etc.

Are the clutch springs too soft or too hard?
Springs with different spring rates allow you to perfectly tune your variator system, which is particularly important on tuned engines. 

In principle, an early clutch bite indicates springs that are too soft. Conversely, if it bites very high in the rev range, the springs are probably too hard. 

After a modification, such as installing a sport exhaust, the engine can be tuned in several ways to achieve maximum power. Harder clutch springs are not always the ideal choice; an increase in power can also be achieved by replacing the Vario rollers or the counter-pressure spring. 

And with this practical spring puller, the clutch springs can be installed and removed without any problems.
