We offer this Malossi "MHR" overrange kit for scooters with long-stroke Piaggio engines (Typhoon, NRG, Runner, etc.).
Benefits and performance of the Overrange Kit
On high-performance engines fitted with 70cc or larger Racing or Hyper Racing cylinders, an oversized variator system has become absolutely essential!
The oversized pulleys (variator and torque roller assembly) increase the variator's operating range (which is why we call it "wide range"). As a result, low-end acceleration is even better (as the belt can ride higher on the torque roller assembly) and top speed is also increased (since the belt can ride higher on the variator)!
With the Overrange Kit, you can make full use of your tuned engine's potential.
