Tuning Package Malossi Sport 70cc and Tecnigas Silent Pro Minarelli Horizontal (Bws / Adly)

Here is one of our most popular engine kits for Yamaha BWS / Zuma 2002-2011, Adly GTC, GTA, and GTS-R equipped with a Minarelli Horizontal engine.

This combo was specially designed to offer an excellent balance of performance, reliability, and ease of maintenance.

Thanks to the Malossi Sport 70cc cylinder and the Tecnigas Silent Pro exhaust, you will benefit from improved acceleration, a significant gain in torque, and an increase in top speed, while maintaining a discreet sound level.

The kit works perfectly with the original airbox and carburetor. Carburetion adjustment is still necessary to ensure optimal performance and excellent engine life.

Included in the kit:

• Malossi Sport Cast Iron 70cc Cylinder (SKU: 317083)
• Tecnigas Silent Pro Exhaust (SKU: 0307380)
• Malossi Multivar 2000 Minarelli Variator (SKU: 517075)
• Stage6 6mm Main Jet Box 88-110 (SKU: S6-28DEL6-003)*
• Malossi Needle Cage 10×14×13mm (SKU: 6616783B)

Recommended Adjustment (Adly GTC / GTA / GTS-R):

The settings below are an excellent starting point for this configuration:

• Main jet: 88 (approximate)
• Rollers: 6.5 grams
• Clutch springs: Malossi red (from the original clutch kit)
• Torque spring: Malossi yellow

These settings are an excellent starting point, but may vary depending on altitude, temperature, engine condition, and installed modifications.

Settings for Yamaha BWS / Zuma 2002-2011 may vary depending on year, transmission, and installed modifications.

For even more performance:

Yamaha BWS / Zuma 2002-2011:

To further exploit the potential of this engine kit, we recommend:

• Sport clutch with 107mm bell
• Reinforced Malossi X-Kevlar or Athena Platinum belt
• 14/42 transmission gears
• 21mm Dell'Orto PHBG / PHDG carburetor
• Malossi VL14 reed valve

This configuration further improves acceleration, throttle response, and top speed.

Adly GTC / GTA / GTS-R:

To further exploit the potential of this engine kit, we recommend:

• Sport clutch with 107mm bell
• Or 112mm clutch only if you keep the original bell
• Reinforced Malossi X-Kevlar or Athena Platinum belt
• 21mm Dell'Orto PHBG / PHDG carburetor
• Malossi VL14 reed valve

Adly models use a different transmission than Yamaha BWS / Zuma, hence the possibility of keeping the original 112mm bell depending on your setup.

Recommended Maintenance:

We recommend inspecting the top end approximately every 5,000 km to prevent premature wear and ensure maximum lifespan for your configuration.
