Malossi C-One Engine Case for Piaggio

With the Malossi C-One engine case, scooter tuning reaches a new level. Designed from the ground up for competition, it accommodates the most advanced racing parts on the market without modification.

A racing crankcase designed without compromise

Until now, installing high-end parts required extensive reworking of an original crankcase, with inevitable limitations. Malossi tackled the problem at the source by designing an entirely new case: redesigned transfer and intake ports, and significantly increased structural rigidity.

Intake optimized through numerical simulation

Malossi engineers used Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to define the ideal angle and dimensions for the reed valve assembly, in order to achieve optimal cylinder filling.
