Crankshaft MHR RHQ 70cc Piaggio (39.2mm/85mm)

High-quality crankshaft from Malossi. HPC stands for High Primary Compression, or in plain English, a full-circle crankshaft. The higher primary compression leads to better charging, which shifts the powerband higher in the rev range. This results in slightly weaker acceleration but more power.
