For fans of the famous star brand, discover the Stage6 70cc Sport MKII cylinder head kit for Piaggio Typhoon / Stalker. If you are looking for power and reliability, here is the latest generation of the cylinder which offers between 14 and 17 horsepower, about 2 to 3 horsepower more than its former MKI version.
This latest generation Stage6 cylinder allows for maximum power thanks to its design, thus offering a very robust engine. This achievement is possible partly thanks to its new transfer port design, which favors torque and ensures excellent reliability. It also features an optimized oval exhaust port, as well as 6 transfer ports (compared to 5 previously) for maximum fuel mixture intake.

We also recommend adding a reinforced crankshaft for overall engine reliability, as well as a carburetor of at least 19mm and a Sport or Racing range exhaust.

Assembly and Maintenance of the Stage6 cylinder:
For assembly, we advise cleaning your engine thoroughly before reassembly, checking the condition of the parts, and installing a new spark plug and a new needle bearing. Finally, remember to adjust your carburetor settings to avoid seizing. The cylinder squish must be between 0.75 and 0.85. Regarding the break-in period, a minimum of 300 km with a 3% oil mixture will ensure robustness and durability.
