We present to you: the Stage6 70cc R/T MKI Piaggio top-of-the-range "Hyper Racing" cylinder head, 47.6mm diameter (70cc), from the brand new "R/T" series for scooters with liquid-cooled Piaggio engines. This kit therefore includes the following elements: -A Nikasil-treated aluminum cylinder, with 6 intake transfers and a two-part exhaust outlet with bar. -A “high-end” piston with extra-thin segment. -A high compression two-part cylinder head with detachable stud (orange anodized). -A specific “R/T” flat exhaust flange -A specific “R/T” base shim representing the major innovation of this cylinder.
In fact, this shim allows the cylinder to be bolted to the lower engine without having studs going right through the kit, which will allow tuners to give "free rein to their imagination". From a performance point of view, this Stage6 70cc "R/T MK 1" Piaggio cylinder head kit is on par with the best "70cc Hyper Racing" kits on the market with a potential power ranging from 20 to over 22 horsepower!
Caution!! You will need to rebore the engine crankcase to accommodate the cylinder base (diameter 56.1mm at +/- 0.1mm, depth 10mm)! Furthermore, only Stage6 "R/T" exhausts can fit the cylinder.
