Maxima MTL-E 85WT 2-Stroke Engine Transmission Oil

Maxima MTL-E 2-Cycle Transmission 85WT oil is a transmission oil designed for 2-stroke motorcycles and motorized vehicles where the gearbox is lubricated separately from the engine.

Its 85WT viscosity, higher than the MTL-XL 75WT and MTL-R 80WT versions, is suitable for transmissions requiring a more viscous oil. It lubricates the gears, bearings, and other internal components of the gearbox, while also being suitable for compatible wet clutch systems.

MTL-E is particularly well-suited for demanding 2-stroke applications, especially in motocross, enduro, and off-road riding, when the manufacturer recommends this viscosity and type of lubricant.
