This NCY direct ignition coil transforms the low voltage supplied by the AC CDI into high voltage and delivers it directly to the spark plug, without an intermediate high-voltage wire.
It performs exactly the same function as a conventional coil, but with a direct connection that reduces electrical losses and failures associated with the high-tension lead.
