Benefits and Performance of the Overrange Kit

For more powerful engines, with Racing or Hyper Racing cylinders of 70cc and above, an oversized variator system has become absolutely essential!
The oversized pulleys (variator and torque driver) increase the variator's operating range (which is why we call them "wide range"). As a result, acceleration is even better at low RPMs (the belt can go higher on the torque driver) and top speed is also increased (since the belt goes higher on the variator)!

With the Overrange kit, you will be able to fully utilize the capabilities of your tuned engine.

Pro tip: For even greater performance and fine-tuning, we recommend pairing it with the Malossi Delta Clutch or any other performance clutch.

ATTENTION: You will need to mill your engine casing to prevent the belt and torque driver from rubbing against it. (See photo in the product)
