MBK Booster 14/42 primary transmission

Stage6 long primary transmission, 14/42 (3.31) Minarelli pre-assembled.

Suitable for all Minarelli engines (Aerox, Booster, F12, etc.) that have an original secondary shaft with 14 teeth.

Note: There are different versions of the central gear pair for the original transmission. This version is suitable if the small gear on the intermediate shaft has 14 teeth.

Modifying the gear ratio
To lengthen the final gear ratio, you need a longer gearbox. If the engine has enough power to pull the longer gear ratio, the top speed will also increase. Original cylinders do not have the necessary power for a long transmission, which is why they should only be used in combination with tuning cylinders. Unlike the long transmissions from competitors, Stage6 transmissions come pre-pressed at an unbeatable price.

Info: To calculate the percentage of lengthening, you need to know the gear ratio of both transmissions (original and long). If you divide the gear ratio of the long transmission by that of the original, subtract 1, and multiply the result by -100, you get the percentage of lengthening.

Example: ((2.56 : 3.07)-1) x (-100) = 16.62%

Note that the smaller the gear ratio value, the longer the transmission!!!
