We offer here the Stage6 Viton reed valve for scooters with horizontal Minarelli engines such as Nitro and Aerox.

Stage6 Viton reed valve design
This Stage6 reed valve is manufactured from hydrocarbon-resistant Viton and features excellent sealing properties. Depending on the engine model, the reed valve comes with up to 3 venturi inserts to match the diameter of your carburetor. It is equipped with 0.35mm carbon fiber reeds and is supplied with additional 0.4mm fiberglass reeds.

Recommended for carburetors from 19mm.

This Minarelli version includes an additional 4mm spacer. It is placed under the reed valve to ensure sufficient filling of the crankcase.
