We offer here various Stage6 torque springs for vertical and horizontal Minarelli engines (MBK Booster / Nitro, Yamaha BW'S / Aerox, among others). Their different tension rates allow for fine-tuning the variator according to your setup.

These springs are available with different tension rates (spring stiffness). Generally, it is the thickness of the coils that varies from one version to another.

Maintaining belt tension plays an important role in the variator system. If the spring is too soft, the belt may slip. If the spring is too stiff, it may bind. In both cases, you will notice a power transmission issue. It is therefore an important component that should not be overlooked during tuning.

The springs are manufactured from carbon-containing silicon steel and are heat-treated, which, combined with the incisive surface coating, results in a high-quality, low-wear product.
