Malossi RC-One - a state-of-the-art racing casing
Until now, tuners were forced to heavily modify stock casings to fit the highest-performance parts, which imposed certain limitations.
Malossi has tackled this problem head-on, abandoning traditional design constraints and developing the RC-One casing. The transfer and intake areas have been completely redesigned and structural rigidity has been considerably improved.
Particular attention has been paid to the intake: using the latest CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software, Malossi engineers were able to calculate and design optimal angles and dimensions for the placement of the reed valve box.
They have also removed the locations for traditional oil pumps and water pumps to minimize power loss due to friction. A pre-drilled opening allows the use of a vacuum fuel pump. The electric starter hole has been closed. The shock absorber mount has been repositioned and reinforced for better stability.
The RC-One was designed for Malossi MHR 70cc / 94cc cylinders with a special "flange mount" system. The casing can be used with disc or drum brakes.
RC-One: Piaggio internal elements
The RC-One for Minarelli is based on the RC-One for Piaggio, which means you will need to use Piaggio components. You can use standard Yamaha / MBK wheels with disc brakes. The RC-One was designed for Malossi cylinders with a special flange mounting system (Testa Rossa).

IMPORTANT: Malossi has recently made a change to its RC-One, and our photo has not yet been updated. The new design features 8 holes, like the C-One casing, but with a larger diameter for the cylinder base: 61 mm. This means you can only use cylinders with a flange mount.
