Refund policy

1. Return Policy

Returns are accepted provided the following conditions are met:

• The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

• The box must be intact, with no stickers, tape, labels, writing, or damage.

If these conditions are not met, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

• Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

• Proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided.

• You must obtain authorization from customer service before returning any item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
No returns will be accepted for items marked “Available on Order”, “Open Box / Used”, or for installed parts, electrical items, lubricants, or liquids.

Any damaged or incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected by our team.

Internal processing time is 1 to 3 business days; however, total processing time may vary depending on your financial institution (up to 7 business days).

For Interac e-Transfer payments, refunds will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

If the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered and a prepaid return label may be provided.

3. Return Packaging and Shipping

Items must be carefully packaged for transport. Any damage caused by improper packaging may result in refusal of the return.

The customer is responsible for the package until it is received by Secret Import.

We recommend using a shipping carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

Please keep your shipping receipt and photos until the refund has been confirmed.

Any item returned without prior authorization, incomplete, damaged, or not meeting the return conditions will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

5. Legal Provisions

Secret Import reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time without prior notice.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted the terms of this return policy.

This policy is governed by the applicable laws of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada.
