Some parts are offered for preorder. Please allow a minimum delay of 4 to 20 business days, and sometimes longer for specialized or rare parts (e.g., 2Fast, Top Performances, etc.).
Delivery times may vary depending on suppliers and are not entirely under Secret Import’s control.
We make every effort to receive and ship your parts as quickly as possible.
Credit Card / PayPal: The amount is pre-authorized at the time of purchase and charged only when the order is shipped.
Bank Transfer: The order is processed once payment has been received.
All orders are processed as quickly as possible.
Orders containing only in-stock items and placed before 3:00 PM (Quebec time) are shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
Shipments are handled by GLS Canada, with typical delivery times of 1 to 2 business days, depending on the region.
If certain items are temporarily unavailable, a partial shipment may be made. The remaining items will be shipped once received, at no additional cost.
Quebec: Free shipping on orders of $200 or more (before taxes).
Rest of Canada: Shipping fees apply based on the destination.
During peak periods (promotions, sales, holidays, special events), order processing and shipping may take additional time.
We actively work to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
If an address is incomplete, incorrect, or invalid, additional fees or delays may occur.
Secret Import is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Once a package is marked as delivered by GLS Canada, Secret Import cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
In the event of an issue, we will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier to help find a solution.
Secret Import is also not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, high shipping volumes, strikes, or any event beyond our control.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping fees.
A tracking number is automatically sent by email once the order has been shipped.

Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may be shipped separately depending on the situation.

No return requests will be accepted, including cases of ordering errors, incompatibility, or dissatisfaction.
