Cylinder Kit Polini Evolution PRE 100CC

100% Made in Italy, this is the Polini PRE 100 cc cylinder kit from Polini. This one is designed to be mounted only in combination with the Polini PRE Piaggio short engine assembly.

The PRE cylinder is a replica of the 125 Polini Gp model, used in speed motorcycle competition.

This model is completely different from the latest "Big Evo" versions because it uses offset studs. This allows for oversized intake and exhaust ports compared to a conventional studded cylinder. The days of internal stud restrictions are now over!

So you can find it here in the 100 cc version:  

• 50mm stroke  
• 100mm connecting rod  
• Single-ring piston, 14mm axle  
• 5 admission transfers  
• Bar exhaust (3 screw fixing)  
• One-piece cylinder head  

Please note : due to its offset studs, this PRE 100 cc cylinder cannot be mounted on an original type crankcase. You will need to use the PRE engine crankcase!!
