The Polini Hi-Speed Variator is designed to provide maximum performance for scooters equipped with the Minarelli 4-stroke engine. Thanks to an optimized ramp design for the roller weights and high-quality components, it provides snappier acceleration, better mid-range response, and a more efficient transmission.

At present, this is one of the highest-performing variators available for the Yamaha Bws/Zuma 50F & 50X 4T, Yamaha Vino, and Yamaha C3. Whether your scooter is stock or tuned, the Hi-Speed allows you to fully exploit the potential of the CVT transmission.

To achieve the best performance, we recommend installing a new belt, checking the condition of the clutch, and adjusting the roller weights according to your engine setup and riding style.

IMPORTANT:
Unfortunately, the large Polini spring does not fit correctly in the rear pulley. We therefore recommend the white Malossi spring instead, which installs without any issues!
