CNC Aluminum Secret Gearing Cover for Adly

This CNC aluminum transmission case is designed as an upgrade for the original gear cover on Adly GTC, GTA, and GTS-R scooters.

Made in Quebec and entirely CNC machined from aluminum, it offers a more robust design, particularly for the bearing support.

Unlike the original cover where the bearing is held by a single screw, this model uses two mounting screws to ensure better bearing retention and a more solid installation.

IMPORTANT

The Stage6 / Polini or original Adly primary shaft oil seal must be used with this case. We recommend ordering it at the same time as the case to have all necessary parts for assembly.

During a complete rebuild, we also recommend replacing the bearings and case gasket rather than reusing old parts.
