Design of the Stage6 R/T Nitro crankshaft
The reinforced Stage6 R/T Nitro crankshaft is a high-end product designed for racing engines. It is manufactured with precision and meets tight tolerances, providing high strength and optimal reliability.

The forged, CNC-machined connecting rod is extremely robust, allowing for high RPMs without the risk of failure. The balancing, achieved using light alloy inserts, reduces vibrations and ensures smooth, consistent engine operation.

What can the Stage6 R/T Minarelli Horizontal crankshaft be paired with?
The Stage6 R/T Nitro crankshaft is primarily designed to match the Stage6 R/T 70cc Nitro kit, but it is also compatible with other racing cylinder kits equipped with an 85mm connecting rod (5mm longer than the stock rod).

You can also use it with a cylinder kit featuring a stock 80mm connecting rod to increase displacement and, consequently, power. In this case, adding a 5mm spacer under the cylinder will be necessary.

The installation of the Stage6 R/T Nitro crankshaft is Plug & Play, so it can be installed without additional modifications or crankcase milling. However, we strongly recommend pairing it with a new set of crankshaft bearings.
