For enthusiasts of the brand with the stars, the Stage6 70cc Racing MKII cylinder head for Piaggio represents the pinnacle of power. This latest generation of cylinder offers remarkable power, ranging between 17 and 19 horsepower, which is a 2 to 3 horsepower improvement over its predecessor, the MKI.

Thanks to its innovative port design, this Stage6 cylinder guarantees exceptional performance for a 70cc racing-range kit, positioning it among the highest-performing options on the market. Its optimized two-piece exhaust port and 6 transfer ports (compared to the previous 5) ensure maximum air-fuel mixture intake, promoting torque and ensuring increased reliability. The technical port timings are top-tier with values of 190°-130°.

Recommendations for optimal Stage6 cylinder performance:
For optimal use, we recommend pairing this cylinder with a reinforced crankshaft, as well as at least a 21mm carburetor and a racing-range exhaust system.

Tips for installing and maintaining the Stage6 cylinder:
Before installation, make sure to clean your engine thoroughly, check the condition of the parts, and replace the spark plug and needle bearing. The cylinder squish should be between 0.75 and 0.85mm. Regarding the break-in period, riding at least 300 km with a mixture containing 3% oil will ensure robustness and durability.

Note:
Please note that stock exhausts are not compatible with this cylinder. Be sure to adjust your carburetor settings to avoid any risk of seizure. NOT ROAD LEGAL
