For fans of the famous star brand, discover the Stage6 70cc Sport Pro MKII Cylinder Head Kit for Piaggio NRG / Runner. This latest generation offers a perfect combination of power and reliability, meeting the expectations of performance enthusiasts.

The Stage6 MKII cylinder allows for remarkable power, ranging between 14 and 17 horsepower, exceeding its predecessor, the MKI, by 2 to 3 horsepower. Its latest-generation design ensures a robust and reliable engine, thereby offering maximum power.

This feat is made possible by its new port design, favoring torque and ensuring exceptional reliability. With an optimized oval exhaust and 6 transfer ports (instead of the previous 5), maximum fuel mixture supply is guaranteed.

Recommendations for Optimal Performance of the Stage6 cylinder:
For increased engine reliability, we recommend adding a reinforced crankshaft, a carburetor of at least 19mm, and a Sport or Racing range exhaust.

Installation and Maintenance of the Stage6 cylinder:

Before installation, clean your engine thoroughly and check the condition of the parts. Install a new spark plug and needle bearing. Also, adjust the carburetor settings to avoid any risk of seizure. The cylinder squish must be between 0.75 and 0.85. For break-in, ride at least 300 km with a mixture containing 3% oil for optimal robustness and durability.
