This latest generation kit was developed in the workshops of the German company Stage6, for intensive daily use. The brand's engineers sought to offer maximum driving pleasure, with a significant increase in torque and power without neglecting reliability.

With this product, they fully succeeded, as its design is made of cast iron, with a two-ring piston and a high-compression cylinder head that ensures reliability for intensive use and low maintenance. The cylinder's internal design, with 6 intake transfers and an oval exhaust port, offers performance far superior to the original.

It can develop approximately between 8 and 11 horsepower with the appropriate configuration (see below).

• Cast iron cylinder diam. 47mm

If you are looking for reliability and power, this is the 70cc cast iron kit for you.
It remains discreet because the external mold is a replica of the original cylinder, so it has the "49cc" annotation. But we assure you, it is indeed a 70cc.

Technical information:

• Not road legal.
  
• The cylinder squish is already set by the manufacturer; only one base gasket will be supplied.
  
• Break-in period of 300km (150km at ½ throttle and 150km at ¾ throttle).
  
• If you keep the oil pump, use Stage6 oil; its fluidity prevents clogging of the pump's distribution circuit.
