We offer here the Stage6 R/T 95cc exhaust for scooters with Minarelli horizontal engines (MBK Nitro, Yamaha Aerox, etc.), initially designed to work with the 95cc “S6 R/T Big Bore” cylinders.

Design and performance of the Stage6 R/T Minarelli exhaust:
Its shape and volume have been specifically studied to match the cylinders of this series perfectly and thus offer maximum performance! It is delivered without an exhaust flange, as this is already supplied with the R/T Big Bore 95cc cylinder kit.

The body of this Stage6 R/T 95cc MBK Nitro / Aerox exhaust is composed of thin sheet steel “rolled and welded” by hand, assembled with passion and precision by engineers specialized in the production of “high-end” 2-stroke exhausts. It is delivered with a carbon silencer stamped “Stage 6 R/T”.

This exhaust is intended for the most demanding tuners who wish to get the best out of their Stage6 R/T Big Bore 95cc cylinder kit.

Pro tips:
This exhaust is designed for exclusive use with the R/T 95cc cylinder, so it is delivered without an adapter flange. However, its volume could very well suit other cylinders, in which case you will need to design your own flange.
The raw sheet metal finish (unvarnished) requires regular cleaning and oiling to prevent rust: this is the price to pay for minimizing weight!
If you were using a different exhaust on the R/T 95 kit previously, don't forget to check your carburetion as well as your transmission settings.
