Performance Intake Kit Stage6 MKII 23mm Minarelli Horizontal 2T

The Stage6 MKII 23mm Intake Kit is a high-end solution designed to improve intake flow for Minarelli Horizontal engines. Thanks to its NBR-vulcanized reed valve block with an integrated venturi, it optimizes cylinder filling and provides a power boost across the entire rev range.

The intake manifold is covered in a polymer coating to limit heat transfer and improve performance. Its orientation also allows for the retention of the original airbox on most configurations.

One of the main advantages of the MKII system is its modularity. If you wish to upgrade to a larger diameter carburetor later on, you simply need to replace the intake connection (available in 30mm or 32mm) without changing the entire manifold.

For a reliable and perfectly sealed installation, we recommend replacing both intake gaskets (manifold gasket and reed valve gasket) during assembly. This is also the ideal time to check the condition of the reeds and the oil/vacuum hoses.
