Stage6 R/T intake system for scooters equipped with a Minarelli horizontal 2-stroke engine.

Stage6 R/T intake system with directly screwed-in reed valve rotated 90° like the one used on the Italian Stage6 Racing team's Jog. The rotated reed valves are inclined towards the cylinder, which benefits the fresh charge flowing into the crankcase. The entire construction is more compact, as the reed valve is directly screwed onto the intake manifold. To ensure that the diameter is not restricted at the bottom of the intake manifold, the rubber has been removed. Sealing is ensured by an O-ring integrated into the intake spacer.

The whole construction is more compact, as the reed valve is directly screwed to the intake manifold. To make sure the diameter isn't restricted at the intake manifold bottom, the rubber was removed. Sealing is achieved via an o-ring integrated into the intake spacer.
