Stage6 R/T Oversize Variator
Once again, the German brand has succeeded in developing a product that meets expectations following the Stage6 Sport Pro variator, providing you with improved power throughout the engine's entire rev range, as well as increased longevity.

Technical specifications of the Stage6 variator:
The variator features a larger diameter than the original and optimized ramp angles. This variator has also been coated with a specific anti-wear and anti-friction treatment to increase its performance and extend its service life during racing. CNC machining further enhances this quality.

It features a specific ventilated fixed pulley equipped with removable plastic fins for variator cooling. The oversize variator uses six 19x15.5mm rollers and a reinforced racing contra spring.

Advantages and use of the Stage6 variator:
Intended for use in combination with the Stage6 R/T "oversize" torque driver, this variator will provide a real power gain at all RPMs in addition to a longer service life than a standard variator.

Directly derived from competition, it is very frequently used in racing.

  Note:
  The supplied boss is 13mm in diameter, but you can separately order a 16mm diameter model for adaptation to crankshafts with "smooth" bosses or on Chinese 2-stroke engines (CPI, Keeway, Kymco...).
