We offer here as a spare part the Stage6 R/T fixed variator pulley for scooters with Minarelli engines. This is the pulley originally included with the Stage6 R/T Oversize variator kit, so it features flank angles specifically adapted to this variator. 

Stage6 R/T Fixed Pulley Design
Like the Oversize variator and Oversize torque drive, the pulley is coated with a deep layer of ceramic, which ensures better heat dissipation and a constant surface roughness. Sandblasting the surface is therefore not necessary. 

A plastic cooling fan is also included (for cooling the transmission) as well as a reinforced kickstarter ratchet. 

ATTENTION! The ceramic coating requires the use of only Stage6, Malossi, or Top Performances belts. Tests have shown that belts from companies such as Gates (used by Polini, for example) can damage the coating!
